My name is Joanna and I am a wife, new mom, & artist who cherishes home.

I believe art matters in our homes. But what kind of art? The kind that brings warmth, serenity, & nature’s untethered beauty indoors. The kind that tells you beauty matters and within it we find hope. And we all need reminders of hope, don’t we?

Home and land inspire my work. History shapes our stories and a detail that formed me was growing up on a small jersey dairy farm with two creative parents and five creative siblings. My mom was a true homemaker - the faith, family, and food kind of woman… before it became cliche to say. She created a beautiful & life-giving space for her family. And from the land I saw its bounty - flowers to grace the kitchen table, clover for the cows to graze upon, fallen trees for the wood-burning stove in the winter, and the most beautiful sun-drenched scenes after dinner.
